A whole-body massage using herbal and medicated oil according to clients constitutional requirement. Abhyanga or Ayurvedic massage is a Traditional massage technique that is being used in India since many years. It improves circulation, provides energy, and makes our clients feel relaxed. It helps us to activate our internal resources. It nourishes the skin and soft tissues. This traditional massage technique helps to flush out toxins from the body. You may choose between a traditional two-hand massage or a four-hand massage. The four-hand massage is performed by two therapists simultaneously and is available at an additional cost

SHIRODHARA

Shirodhara is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy in which a continuous stream of warm medicated herbal oil is gently poured onto the forehead while the scalp is massaged. This deeply relaxing treatment helps calm the mind, nourish the nervous system, and improve circulation. It may help reduce stress, anxiety, mental fatigue, and promote emotional balance. Shirodhara supports deep relaxation and encourages a meditative state of well-being.

Ayurvedic foot massage (Padabhyanga)

Ayurvedic foot massage is a combination of massage and marma therapy. Ayurvedic foot massage relaxes the nervous system, releases pain, increases blood circulation and energy. In this Ayurvedic process, the feet are being massaged with a special medicated herbal oil according to the client’s requirement and body constitution. Panchakarma: Deep Detox & Rejuvenation

In this process, medicated oil is poured in a dam prepared from a  gram flour at the lower back of the client which helps to ease backache, sciatica, muscle spasm, and joint pain
